Development milestones of Zhengtong:
In 1999, the first 4S dealership of Zhengtong Auto opened in Shanghai.
In 2002, to further strengthen close cooperation with automakers and support the automotive distribution business, Zhengtong Auto established a logistics service business.
In 2003, the first luxury brand 4S dealership of Zhengtong Auto opened in Wuhan, Hubei.
In 2008, to seize the opportunities brought by the growing market demand and enhance our after-sales services, the company established a lubricant trade business.
On December 10, 2010, Zhengtong Auto successfully listed on the Hong Kong main board market, becoming the first luxury car dealership group to be listed in Hong Kong.
In August 2011, the company acquired SCAS Investment Group Co., Ltd., further optimizing the company's brand structure and network layout and significantly expanding the company's business scale.
In 2013, the company established Dingze Insurance Agency Co., Ltd., achieving a breakthrough in the insurance business.
From 2013 to 2015, the company was listed on the "Forbes Asia Pacific Best Listed Companies Top 50" ("Fab50") for three consecutive years.
In 2019, the company ranked 13th on the Top 100 Automotive Dealer Groups list with a revenue of RMB35.1 billion. On August 31, 2021, ITG Holding became the single largest shareholder of Zhengtong Group, ushering in a new journey.
In 2022, the Group opened a new Porsche Center in Dalian, Liaoning Province, bringing the total number of Porsche outlets to six. This further strengthened the relationship with Porsche and improved profitability.
In 2023, the Group opened new Mercedes-Benz 4S dealerships and authorized repair centers in Shenzhen and Yiwu, continuing to expand its advantageous layout in traditional luxury brands. Simultaneously, the Group actively focused on the rapid rise of independent brands, opening Tank WEY (Great Wall) and Haval (Great Wall) 4S dealerships in Beijing and Hohhot, respectively, and obtaining the authorization of the Shanghai NIO repair center to explore new growth points.
In 2024, Zhengtong Auto continued to optimize its existing network layout, with the launch of the Guangzhou Tesla-Approved Body Shop and the Shanghai NIO Certified After-Sales Service Center. Additionally, the Wuhan Land Rover 4S dealership is progressing steadily. The projects of Land Rover 4S store in Wuhan also making steady progress. During the same period, Zhengtong ranked 18th on the list of Top 100 Chinese Auto Dealers, up 4 places from last year, and was successfully selected for the 2024 Top 100 Social Responsibility List of China's Auto Circulation Industry.
