(10th, September 2013)China ZhengTong Auto Services Holdings Limited (“China ZhengTong” or the “Company” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, Stock code: 1728), a major premium branded 4S dealership group in China, is pleased to announce that the Handover Ceremony of 1,000 BMW cars has already successfully concluded in Beijing Baozehang, a subsidiary 5S store of China ZhengTong located in the South Road of West 3rd Ring, Beijing at 3:30pm, 31st Oct, 2013. 

Mr. Karsten Engle, the VP of BMW, and the CEO of BMW China,  Mr. Peter Van Bisbergen, the Senior Vice President of the BMW Brilliance, Mr. Lu ZhengYao, the CEO of China Auto Rental Holdings Inc.(CAR), and the Chairman of China ZhengTong Auto attended the Handover Ceremony. According to the framework agreement, the CAR purchased more than 1,000 units from the BMW, mainly BMW 3 series and 5 series, and the sole authorized dealer group for this contract is China ZhengTong Auto, which has a national coverage in China.
